MOBIECARE is an auto detailing service in Barbados. In fact, they’re Barbados’ first fully, certified, environmentally friendly, professional Mobile Auto Detailing Company.

The Challenge:

To get more business for MOBIECARE, we had to tailor available marketing techniques to meet the knowledge base of customers in Barbados.

MOBIECARE was basically introducing a new service to the area, so we had to market to a group of people that didn’t already understand the value of the service.

The Solution:

To be sure our message didn’t fall on deaf ears, we focused on educational marketing copy that described the value of auto detailing rather than dwelling on the specifics. By relying heavily on graphics, we let customer see the results of auto detailing service while making sure we used the right lingo (valet, rather than detailing in this case).

Even as the first business of their kind in the region, MOBIECARE was able to get high exposure and great success, and we were able to prove that we produce great results, regardless of geography.
